FUNCTION

• Formulate, review, integrate and supervise the implementation of logistics and maintenance policies;

• Program and supervise the limited depot level maintenance on airframe, flight control system, avionics equipment, airborne communications and navigation equipment;

​

• Plan and monitor restoration of aircraft;

​

• Exercise functional supervision over organizational maintenance operations of the flying units of the Wing;

​

• Coordinate with the proper agencies for field and depot level maintenance of assigned aircraft; and

​

• Perform other functions as may be directed by the higher Headquarters
